Returns & Warranty

Guarantee

Winterson Sports products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. Any defective equipment showing a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired, depending on the type of failure, at no additional cost to the customer.

If you have any problems with our products, write to us at info@wintersonsports.com and provide us with a photo of the breakage, the nature of the problem, and how the breakage occurred.

Damage caused by a dog (e.g. chewing), damage due to normal wear and tear on our products, and damage due to an incident will not be covered by the warranty.

Feel free to contact us, even if it is not covered by the warranty. We offer replacement parts on request at low cost. We are aware that dogs do not always pay attention to their equipment! 

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order and offer an exchange or full refund for the majority of new, unopened and/or resale eligible products. Please note that it is not possible to return products with a custom size.

- A photo of the manufacturing defect or breakage, if applicable;

- An explanation of how the failure occurred and the nature of the problem, if any;
