Guarantee

Winterson Sports products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. Any defective equipment showing a defect in  manufacturing will be exchanged or repaired, depending on the type of breakage, without the customer having to bear any additional costs.

For any issues with our products, please write to us at info@wintersonsports.com providing us with a photo of the breakage, nature of the problem, and how the breakage occurred.

Damage caused by a dog (e.g. chewing),  damages related to normal wear and tear of our products,  and those related to an incident will not be covered by the warranty.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, even if it is not covered by the warranty. We offer replacement parts on request at a low cost. We are aware that dogs are not always careful with their equipment! 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of order and offer an exchange or full refund on most new, unopened and/or resalable products. Please note that custom sizing products are not returnable.

- A photo of the manufacturing defect or breakage, if applicable;

- An explanation of how the breakdown occurred and the nature of the problem caused, if applicable ;

- Your invoice;
